Advisor Assistant Program Helping Advisor

Advisor Assistant Program (AAP)

The Advisor Assistant Program is designed to free up time to allow you to drive the success of your book, devote more time and attention to growing your business relationships along with enhancing the client experience. Adding to the  entrepreneurial approach by having a team of virtual assistants that may engage directly with your clients, handle administrative tasks and work closely with other team members in all aspects of business processing is a win-win.

You choose your monthly hourly commitment for assistant support at a set rate. VFG takes care of all the training and human resources-related employment terms.

Tasks Your Assistant Can Do:

  • Support you with account maintenance, new accounts, transfers, money movement, trade entry, and more
  • Communication with clients and obtaining information for paperwork
  • Perform required duties within internal applications as appropriate, with high attention to detail and quality
  • Document submission, processing, and follow-up
    Create a strong working relationship with customers and internal teams
  • Submission of correspondence for compliance review
  • Educate customers on where to find their online account information
